The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition is a reality show that centers on overweight contestants accomplishing the same goal of losing the highest percentage of weight to become the Biggest Loser.
The 12 strong-willed and hopeful Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition contestants from across the country will face temptations and challenges, weigh-ins and eliminations until one contestant remains to claim the title of "Philippines' Biggest Loser."The winner of The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition will earn the grand prize of P 1,000,000.00, a brand new condominium from DMCI HOMES and a Vespa Scooter.The contestants’ journeys of transforming their bodies, health and ultimately, their lives over sixteen weeks on air will be a positive experience for all. Emotions and themes for the series will include: Fitness, Health, Renewal, Diet, Teamwork, Strength, Life changing, Uplifting, Re-affirming, Motivational, and Inspirational.Each contestant will work out under the supervision and guidance of our professional trainers Jim Saret & Chinggay Andrada. A nutritionist and psychologist will also be monitoring their progress in the camp. The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition is a franchise from Shine Group. It will be hosted by Ms. Sharon Cuneta along with Derek Ramsay as the Game Master.
